Toni Thompson is the Broker/Owner of YES Realty, a boutique Austin‑area brokerage specializing in first‑time home buyers, guiding renters into homeownership, and providing sellers with solutions to move stress-free into the next stage of their lives. She creates a simple roadmap and takes time to explain the “why” behind the numbers, deadlines, and paperwork, so you feel informed instead of pressured. She asks thoughtful questions, actually listens, and then builds a plan that fits your budget, lifestyle, and where you want to go next. She’s known for being calm in a competitive market, straightforward in her advice, and relentless in her advocacy from first offer to final move.

When Toni isn’t helping clients with all things real estate, she loves getting out into the community with her husband, exploring new places. She’s also passionate about mentoring young people through her volunteer work with the Williamson County Juvenile Court, continuing a long history of dog rescue, and saying “YES” to life’s adventures—from travel and live concerts to spontaneous outings.
